VDL attaches great importance to certain values and principles. These values and principles are outlined in this Code of Conduct. Every VDL employee adheres to this code. In doing so, we use our common sense. We discuss dilemmas and address each other when this code is not followed. We interact with each other and with our business partners in an honest and respectful manner. In this way, we care for each other, protect our relationships, and uphold the reputation of VDL.
