MBO Tech Traineeship
The VDL MBO Tech Traineeship is specially designed for talented individuals with or without a technical background or education. What are you good at? What do you enjoy? We are happy to help you. During the one-year traineeship, you will discover where your talents and opportunities lie. This includes a free Talent Scan and Technical Insight Scan. We offer you a tailored training program, guided by one of our experienced practical trainers.
Fun outings!
The traineeship is not just about learning and working, but also experiencing cool activities together with the other trainees! Together with your fellow trainees, you can join a pub quiz, team-building activities, guided tours at other VDL companies, and sporty outings in collaboration with PSV! Who wouldn't want to go to the stadium in the players' bus for an exclusive look in the dressing room?

Would you like more information? Then register for one of the information evenings at the VDL Group headquarters in Eindhoven via www.ontdekjouwding.nl. This evening focuses on introductions. It is a good way for you to get a taste of whether working in engineering is your thing. You will meet various technical roles such as assembly technician, operator, welder or machinist, learn more about the activities of VDL Group during a tour of our experience centre ‘De wereld van VDL’, and you can ask our colleagues all your questions about their work during a series of speed dates. Of course, there will be a snack and a drink.
