VDL Groep hosts an open career day in the Kempen

Eight VDL companies in the Kempen open their doors on Friday, 10 June from 10:00 to 18:00 for a behind-the-scenes look. The entire day is dedicated to discovering the opportunities available for a job with future prospects. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background and knowledge. Behind the scenes - enter for a chance to win a balloon flight

On Friday 10 June, various guided tours will be offered, starting every quarter of an hour. Walk-in visits are also possible. By registering via vdlcarrieredag.nl and attending, you will have a chance to win a hot air balloon flight over the Kempen.

VDL VDS Technische Industrie, specializing in both mechanical and hydraulic stamping, bending and drawing up to a maximum of 800 tons with integrated processes. Focuses on medium and large series of sometimes simple but mostly complex metal parts, single or assembled, for which minimal tolerances apply. (Robot) welding, (CNC) spot welding, riveting, 3D laser cutting and welding, (automated) assembly and (sub)assemblies.

VDL Containersystems, develops, manufactures, and sells a wide range of hydraulic container handling systems. Specialized in hook arm, gantry arm, cable, and chain installations for trucks, trailers, and agricultural vehicles. 

VD Leegte Metal, a subcontractor primarily active in the metal industry. Specialisations include heavy construction work, complex welding assemblies, and turn-key projects. At VD Leegte Metal, hard work is being done to create ‘the factory of the future’. People, technology, and information are interconnected to enhance production intelligence.

VDL TIM Hapert, first-tier supplier and recognized specialist in the mechanical processing of cast, welded, cut, sheet, forged, and structural work, as well as welded assemblies through CNC lathes and (robotized) CNC machining centres. Additionally, assembly work is carried out.

VDL Toolmaker's Workshop, focuses on the development, manufacture, and maintenance of tools for the production process aimed at processing sheet metal in the metalworking industry. Ranging from simple to highly complex tools. From prototype tooling for small series to high-volume production tooling.

VDL Services, specialised in design, installation, maintenance, and repair of various (VDL-)products and systems. The team of versatile service technicians works and resides throughout the Netherlands. Thanks to this nationwide coverage, short response times can be guaranteed to customers, allowing faults to be quickly resolved. The team of technicians is managed from the office in Hapert.

VDL Fibertech Industries, a supplier of lightweight and customer-specific composites. With technical expertise, the added value of composites is examined across a wide range of applications. VDL Fibertech Industries has a modern production facility for manufacturing small to large series of composite products.

VDL Apparatenbouw, specialized in co-development, manufacturing, assembly, service, and testing of products. Additionally, it is a specialty of VDL Apparatenbouw to take over, inspect, and optimize the complete logistics and project management involved in these processes.
